Originally from Texas, I spent two decades studying, working and travelling around the world until I found paradise in New Zealand! With deep gratitude I share this beautiful life with a wonderful partner and my 4 gorgeous sons. It is a gift and a privilege to share the good news about health and wellness with folks in the Hawkes Bay.
